I am a business advisor and consultant with a professional background spanning journalism, nonprofit leadership, organizational consulting, training, marketing and entrepreneurship.
Earlier in my career, I spent approximately 20 years working with nonprofit organizations, including directing organizations, managing staff and finances, raising funds, marketing programs and services, and working with boards of directors. I later trained as a management consultant and developed an independent consulting and training practice, advising organizational leaders on management, strategy, organizational development and marketing.
Since 2009, I have worked independently with private clients. In 2022, I founded The Psychic Advantage®, an advisory practice serving business owners and executives that combines my earlier consulting experience with my professional psychic work. Through that business, I have advised hundreds of business owners on business, career and organizational decisions.
Go Zing LLC
As of September 2026, I am piloting Go Zing LLC, my newest business venture.
Go Zing provides launch diagnostics and business-design advising for entrepreneurs through a methodology I developed called The Go Zing! Way. The work grew from patterns I repeatedly encountered while advising business owners: a disappointing launch or chronically underperforming business often has several interacting causes rather than one isolated marketing problem.
Go Zing examines the business as a connected system, including business concept, target audience, offers, positioning, messaging, branding, marketing, sales path, customer-facing assets and market conditions. The purpose is to help business owners determine what contributed to poor performance, what needs to change, and whether and how the business or offer should move forward.
During the current pilot phase, Go Zing earns revenue through paid business diagnostics and advisory services. Additional services include recommendations following the diagnostic and planned live business-development training based on The Go Zing! Way.
