I am a corporate clairvoyant and strategic advisor with a professional background spanning journalism, nonprofit leadership, organizational consulting, training, fundraising and marketing.
Earlier in my career, I spent approximately 20 years working with not-for-profit organizations, where I managed staff and finances, raised funds, marketed programs and services, and worked with boards of directors. I was trained as a management consultant at a Congressionally funded network of housing and community development organizations. Later, as an independent consultant and trainer, I advised boards and leaders on fundraising, organizational culture, leadership and marketing.
In 2009, I pivoted to intuitive advising and have since delivered more than 10,000 psychic readings. In 2022, I founded The Psychic Advantage®, specializing in business readings, and have advised hundreds of business owners and executives.
Today, my work focuses increasingly on complex business decisions and intractable organizational problems that have resisted multiple efforts to resolve them -- including work by internal teams and outside consultants. I am developing a one-of-a-kind consulting approach called Psychic Synthesis℠, which maps out the broad systems and streams of consciousness influencing a company's success. With this, leaders gain a deeper understanding of the invisible forces shaping their company and explore practical solutions.
Alongside my corporate advisory work, I have a side business called Go Zing!, which grew out of my experience working with hundreds of solopreneurs and small-business owners. I've seen how many struggle to get a business or offer off the ground, achieve consistent sales, or regain momentum after a period of success.
Using my Go Zing! business development framework, I offer diagnostics and recovery plans. I investigate why a business, offer or launch never took off, has consistently underperformed, or stalled after doing well. Then I develop recommendations for what to do next.
